COVID-19 Updates
Dear Interns,
We will be continuing to take applications and booking in our usual manner. Virtual tours are available by request.
Please see our Dates and Rates page for current available dates and policies for intern housing for the summer. If your internship is cancelled due COVID-19, though we will not refund the placement fee, we will refund the deposit with verification of cancellation from your internship employer.
For your health and peace of mind, please know that all the apartments are professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. We look forward to the clearance to continue with our usual schedule.

LA Intern Housing Rates
The LA Intern housing rates keep your budget happy without sacrificing amenities, comfort, or convenience.
The term for summer availability is May 25 – July 27, 2024.

We structure our rates based on the number of weeks you’d like to stay in our housing. Just let us know when you plan to arrive and how long you’ll be working in the area, and we will confirm availability and cost. We offer a variety of options including private studios and shared multi-bedroom apartments, so you can customize your living arrangements to suit your individual taste and desire for privacy. Our housing rates are based on apartment size and the number of people you opt to share space with.
The LA Intern housing rates do not include parking, but a limited number of spaces are available for $100 per month. If you’d rather not bring a car, you can learn more about public transportation in Pasadena and the LA area.
